Is this visualization good...?

So I visualize her coming up to me, hugging me tightly,Β

Dialogue:

Her: "I missed you..."
Me: "I missed you too."
Her: "You smell good."
Me: "Thank you. You do too *laugh*"

Then we kind of pull away from the hug (she moves her head off of my shoulder, while still holding me, looks me in the eyes) - then goes in for a kiss.

Then she goes back to the tight hug and says, "... I like you..."
And I chuckle and reply, "I like you too..."

And I literally FEEL that moment, and I tear up and feel really happy. I love it.

So is this a good thing to do? People say visualization is REALLY important.
Will this bring her back, in-time?

Did you not ever tell her you loved her?Β

I think what shootingstar is saying is love is the most powerful positive feeling and the only word you used was "like" that's not a strong enough feeling... You really should do the inner work before you try to work on her. Get yourself in the right mindset.

Oh, it's just something we used to say to each other. It's like "our thing" lol. But I guess I could substitute it with that! Gah I hope this works!!!!)))
I'm so excited!!!!

Re: Is this visualization good...?

RollingRock33, what you've done in your first post is pretty much scripting. Scripting can be pretty powerful. Have you ever tried scripting? I sometimes find that writing or typing out the scenario helps me to really feel it and get into the feeling that it's really happening. And yes, as PixelPie said, words hold a lot of power so really think about the words you're using in your visualizations. Just keep practicing and visualizing will become easier.

Thanks for the input about "love:! I'm still skeptical that this works, but at the same time I'm so excited because I'm hopeful!! Is that weird??

It's good to see you being more positive.

Visualisation is all about feeling. Don't get too wrapped up in words. At the moment you've gone from feeling down to finding something that raises your spirit and gives you a good feeling, so do what feels good to you.

As you wrote "And I literally FEEL that moment, and I tear up and feel really happy. I love it."
That's true emotion and love there, words were not needed.

If you start trying to introduce elements that don't feel natural or achievable your are at risk of messing up your vibe.

Keep up the good work, if it feels good ride it for all its worth.

Re: Is this visualization good...?

Thank you!

I had an INSANELY intense dream last night. Like, it was SO vivid. It was all about she and I and we were hanging out and talking like old times and things were great!! We were kissing and holding each other, etc.

Does this mean anything? It was emotionally amazing!
