    I deleted the social media apps

    I deleted some social media apps where I have him on like Facebook and instagram bc I noticed it made me anxious like " why hasn't he messaged me " why did he leave me on read " or " why'd he like this person's picture but not mine " so I decided to delete them and last night he messaged me on fb ( bc something told me to check ) and he had messaged me saying that he was drunk and super lonley 😊
