Help needed!

Hey! So I am quite new here and I stumbled upon LOA recently after a bad breakup almost three months ago.
It was devastating in many ways, mostly because we have same interests, friends, hang out places, and we even live near each other. Since then, I have recovered, I took some salsa lessons, I went climbing on the artificial rock, and now I am learning to belly dance. I became myself again and most of the time I am enjoying my life.
Yet, yesterday and today I have been feeling  off, doubtfull and afraid. I have tried to feel better, but the feeling doesn't last and things like sad tv shows/facebook pages gloomy posts make me feel even worse.
I did scripting and visualisations, I have seen some exibits but I still feel doubtfull and afraid.

Please, I need help so much! I am trying but I need guidance.

Hey there...

The key here is believing everything will be ok and letting go. It's ok to have doubts but you have to let them go.
I'm glad your concentrating on yourself and doing your affirmations and visualisations continue to do these.
I've had great success very quickly by doing Veronica's 25 day challenge, I also watch her you tube clips to cheer me up.
You will get what you want, stay positive and remember to believe that the universe has already delivered what you want. I hope that helps.. Xxx

Hey, thanks for a quick reply and encouragement! I will fight more and try more. But can I ask something? How quick did the success came and how did you do it? I am not focusing on speed, I just want to know if there are some extra tips I can use that I am not aware of.

What helped me a lot with doubts and fears was to really understand LoA. You understand that gravity is a law of physics and because you understand that you don't have the fear it will fail some day and you will fall into space, right? When you understand LoA the same thing will happen. Know that your doubts and fears are the only thing that holds your manifestation back.
If you are feeling bad all the time I would really recommend to step back for a while, look after yourself for a while and heal from the breakup. It becomes so much easier to feel good when you are over the breakup. That takes time. I know you don't want to wait and want it now but you are not in the right state right now.

Don't fight more and try more. Relax more and trust more.
The time it takes is entirely dependent on your level on resistance and the hight of your vibration.
Are you doubting and fearing? It's faaar away.
Do you have some hope? It's a little closer now.
Do you start to believe? You made a big step in the right direction.
Do you know and can feel it? Uuuh, you are nearly there.
Did you drop all of your resistance and get happy? BAM there it is!

Have you read The Secret and listened to some of the Abraham Hicks podcasts on youtube?? Those have helped me tremendously! There are some specific lines in The Secret that have helped me a ton too. I just repeat them over and over when I start to feel down. For example, know that this is FACT, you've already created your reality and your manifestation is just waiting to be received at the right moment. There is nothing you cannot be, have or do. Also in The Secret they mention that positive thoughts and affirmations are 100 times more powerful than negative ones! You could even go on the secret's website and look through success stories; they are so uplifting and inspiring!

My pleasure, the things I've been doing is visualisation before I get up and before I go to bed. I write in my journal everyday of how I'd like things to happen. I also use my affirmations when I'm doubting myself.
The one I use a lot is "I'm back with my ex jazz and we are in love" and just keep repeating it.
I think a lot of people have mentioned this but I fully believe I have him and that he's mine that's probably the biggest thing. Just believe it's yours and act like you would. I occasionally write emails to him (made up emails) and talk about planning holidays etc.  My ex contacted me after 4 days saying he'd missed me, 2 days later he wished we were still together.. This is significant progress as we've been apart for a year and hes got a gf. And a few weeks ago he told me to never contact him! It will happen don't think too much about when just that it has I hope that helps? 😊 xx

Hey guys! Sorry for not being active, I was really busy with the college and exams starting, so I didn't have much time or sleep. The great thing is that I am feeling better! I am exercising, visualising, loving life, doing scriptures when I can. I have put his photo on my library again and I am wearing the jewelry he gave me.
I have read "The Secret" yesterday, borrowed some books about building confidence and power of the sub-conscious, got couple of people hooked on positivitity and LOA-so I am feeling really excited and friends told me that I am my old self again because I am active, smilling, doing make up and joking.
Bad thoughts are still coming but I let them flow and they dissapear. I got my,  ears pierced(again, two holls in every ear now!) which I wanted to do for years and started writting poems again. I am thinking on applying to work like a freelance journalist in one magazine. I feel I am on good track again.

What do you think?
