So I decided to try out the theta waves, and sleep to it as it is supposed to be most effective when sleeping. So I did not wake up with morning anxiety, I was pretty calm and happy. Also, I started coughing a lot and I know that a lot of my resistance has been traveling up to my throat chakra. I looked it up and it was just me releasing my negative energy. The theta waves really helped me as I know my spiritual well-being is deeply disturbed by all the resistance that wants to come out. I am not quite there yet, but I loved how I felt in the morning.

By the way the resistance is really strong on my body today. My body really hurts, but then healing always hurts.

But I am having a hard time breathing. This really convinced me to stop making the basis of my life be off of resistance. I just cannot explain the pain my body is in right now.

Theta state is a really good place to be in I think! It's a place where I can really tap into my intuition, ask questions and get answers, and I like to visualise my desires in there when I can too. Keep us updated on your experiences while meditating in a theta state !
