Allowing means focusing on feeling good or feeling better.
It means chilling, relaxing, being easy about all of this stuff, not taking life too seriously, laughing, playing, having more fun, flowing love, appreciating and feeling worthy. It is focusing on what you want and what feels good to think about.โจ It meansย focusing on feeling good now, trusting that what you want will show up any minute now. It means being grateful that your desire has manifested even though you do not see physical evidence yet.
Resistance means focusing on feeling bad or feeling worse.
It means efforting, caring more about your actions than about how you feel, struggling, feeling stressed, angry, frustrated, overwhelmed, doubt, sad, unworthy, trying too hard, trying to make things happen, using action in an attempt to compensate for your energy that is not in alignment. It is focusing on the lack or absence of what you want, focusing on what you donโt want, and not focused what you do want. It means pushing against, judging, judging what is and your current conditions, and judging other people. You feel impatient, waiting for a manifestation so that you can feel better.

Wow, is more simpler than it sounds. It's like allowing is easier than we think and resistance is easier to let go of than we think.

Excellent explanation!!! Any tips on what to do when you find yourself resistance. For me I have a play list of dance songs and I'll break out into a private dance party.

Haha yeah I do that too!! Sometimes I'll keep myself busy with chores or just go for a drive and appreciate how nice the weather is that day. Some other things to do are hanging out with friends or just treating yourself at the mall or something! Right now I find that I am the least resistant that I have ever been during this entire process so I feel that my man should be here any second now. I just hang out with friends and keep myself busy lately and also got a new job. So the key is to distract yourself a lot because obsessing over how to not resist can lead to more resistanceย
