After learning RS, feeling attached to outcome again...

I have just started the 25 day challenge and I was in a good vibration on the first two days, and I was confident that I was very detached to outcome, just having faith that my manifestation is on the way. Β But after I started learning RS from Lanie's book, and tried doing RS for 2 days,Β Β I dont know why I became attached again. I keep wondering if my thoughts reach his subconscious mind or not.Β I read a lot of comments that RS is very effective, and many people got a text/phone call from their guys in a short time. I would wonder if I dont have the results like theirs that my case is not as hopeful. I started to care about the time of manifestation again, I would constantly check on my phone and see if I have any new text messages. I wonder if I need to wait in years to get the outcome. I don't like this condition of myself. I want to be completely detached from caring when the manifestation will come. Can you guys give me some advice? How did you guys get through this period of attachment? Thank you everyone.Β

Re: After learning RS, feeling attached to outcome again...

Hi Pixelpie, thanks for your reply. I think my guy is a stubborn ass. We are married and he is urging to divorce with me. Β I actually mailed him some of his stuff and he should have got it yesterday but I did not receive a thank you from him. Guess that's why I am a bit disappointed. He is moving out of our country for good by the end of June. The only case he will keep staying here is a reconciliation with me. He is actually having a mistress/rebound girlfriend here too. He left me for that girl. So, actually I am not sure if he was lying to me about leaving the country, or he will actually come back to California after his vacation. I don't want him to leave, and I think I will miss him more if he really leaves the country..

I tried a forgiveness exercise I learned online. Worked great. Just repeat or chant 100-200 times a day. I (your name) forgive you (their name). You please forgive me and release me.

Well I'm sorry to hear that. But if you wanna turn this around you've got to forgive him and yourself. Then you need to mentally rewrite the story. You have to completely change your view mentally. But you get what you believe and what you focus on is what your thingin about which becomes what you believe.

So like I said first things first. Forgiveness/letting go of worry, doubt, fear, and anger. Then mental rewrite your story with your guy. Cuz right now you are feeding into what's happening right now. You must remember that reality is a echo of previous thoughts (i.e. fears and worries). This can be done by meditation, visualizing, or scripting. And faith.

Thanks Pixelpie, this really inspires me. "reality is a echo of previous thoughts (i.e. fears and worries)." I have to always remember this. The reality can be my reality I create from now on. Thank you for your encouragement! And I will try out the forgiveness exercises. Thank you everyone!Β
