Agreed with Sam. Think about it how can she be flip flopping w emotions and how you're vibe is all over the place it's the same side of the coin. It's a reflection. You know how if you stand in a mirror, no emotion no movement-well your reflection can't smile until before you smile yourself, than your reflection follows. Do you not see the pattern? It's a reflection of you and your vibe

What did you do? What did you think? What did you feel? What were your thought patterns like? What were your routines like? What did you believe in? What did you love about those days?
Really think on it and see if there's anything you can do now to capture that spirit. Start again with baby steps. Is there anything you can do that by the end of today you'll feel happier as an individual?
Sometimes when I just remember what really made me happy and give myself a chance to be mindful of that, to do what makes me really feel alive and passionate again, not to force things but to simply enjoy the new positive energy within me, then things just work out.

You don't NEED her, you DESIRE her. No need to worry about her not contacting you, that will only cause such to happen. You need to have faith in her and in yourself. You need recognize your value and see you are the real prize, not her.

You want to easily get into a good vibration- go work out. Go for a run. Even if you think you won't feel good afterwards, your body will release those endophorins and you will at least be a bit more healthy and you will get into shape which doesn't hurt right? That's what I like to do.
