Do I always have to be vibrating?

I've come a long way since things went south with my guy. 6 weeks ago I was resentful and slightly bitter. But since I found LOA I've done a huge turn about and I'm so grateful for everything that is in my life. Which has introduced new people and opportunities in my life and in turn I'm even happier. That being said I try to always have a high vibration as often as possible. I feel vibrations in soul when I'm happy. It reminds me of butterflies you get in your stomach before you're about to take on a big event (1st date or receiving a diploma), except for instead of my stomach its everywhere. I think I can even feel it in my finger tips as I type this. That being said, is okay to turn it off sometimes?

I sometimes think it just takes a lot out of me. Yesterday was a lovely day. A co-worker surprised me with a gift. My sister was in town. The weather was beautiful. All things which made me extremely happy. And then 9 o'clock rolled around and I was exhausted and went to bed. I tried to visualize and actually fell asleep with my lights still on.

Is there a way to turn it down? I kind of feel like a TV that's on the best station (probably a 90s music station that plays Jam after Jam) but its always turned way way way up. Just thought I'd ask!

You can't turn off your vibration, your always vibrating. Your a vibrational being.
Don't try to force happiness. Just go with the flow and focus on what you want. If you feel negative or down, then just ride it out
