That's why I would love to hear what everyone's different techniques are to help me get back in alignment I love affirmations! That's something I do daily, an gotten pretty good at them. When I was living in the dorms I put sticky notes by me bed and on my mirror of positive words, so in the morning or when I go to sleep at night I read them, and it makes me feel a lot better. I listed a few channels I like the best. Also, I have a suggestion. Remember we were talking about Ralph Smart aka Infinite Waters Diving Deep on Youtube? I'm pretty sure it was you who had made the thread about him. What about incorporating his videos into your daily routine? I usually watch at least one of his videos during the day and I find his positive energy contagious. If you've been feeling out of the vortex maybe his energy or someone elses like his would help.

You're right, and his energy does help I always realize things after I am done watching a video of his, sometimes I re- watch his videos to make sure it clicks in my mind. I know he is a a vegan, and he talks about eating the right foods and the benefits it provides, because I haven't been feeling good lately and my stomach is always hurting. I realized it isnt good for me to eat BIG meals all the time, because my stomach can't handle it so I am going to start incorporating a healthier and lighter diet... I think the crappy foods I eat drain my energy too, because I get tired real easily and I never seem to have enough energy. Now that I am out for summer I will have enough time to get myself back together again

I try to read as much as possible and also reread things because it takes time to sink in. At the moment, I read Prayer. It has much stuff about other people in it. I loved Your Faith is your Fortune.

I try to read as much as possible and also reread things because it takes time to sink in. At the moment, I read Prayer. It has much stuff about other people in it. I loved Your Faith is your Fortune.

GRATITUDE seems to be my most powerful one. So just write a daily list of ten things to be grateful for and say thank you three times. Affirmations is a good one to train your subconscious to believe in good things. I also do visualizations in the morning and throughout the day.
Then I do remote seduction at night. Also, I do yoga to relax my mind, Mindful Manifestations is a good book on relaxation. I also made healthy changes. I became a Pescetarian, eating a Japanese and Mediterranean based diet.
I go out in nature a lot. Listen to love frequencies while meditating. Use organic and natural products on my skin and hair. As well as use essential oils in a humidifier in my room to smell fresh and pure.
I am not worried about my relationship, but I am nervous about the positve changes. It gives me anxiety and I was starting to wonder if it is my body acting up because it is not used to these good changes. Like if I sit up straight I get anxious, if I slouch I am fine. So is it because my body is used to bad habits?

Yes! I am now just getting into using essential oils, and natural products on my body as well! I think I am going to try aromatherapy. I applied at a job that sells all those kinds of things I think it could be that you're body is use to the bad Β habits, but you know what it is a good thing though because that means that your body is making changes for the better, and once you keep up sitting up straight and being persistent with the positive changes it will become normal for you and you wont get anxious anymore just dont think about it too much Thank you soo much for this!
