Hellooo I've read that you can't really visualize wrong.. but I would normally visualize by seeing the two of us.. I would feel all the amazing happy emotions but still it would be the both of us I would see rather than me only seeing him coz I'm in it first person.. does it matter? Lol

It actually does matter, a lot. In order to visualize correctly you must imagine what you want is in front of you. You have to see it as though it's real and playing out right there in your reality. So you'd actually be a part of the scene. If you look at it as though you're watching a movie, you won't be impressing upon your subconscious that it's a real-time occurrence. And therefore, your subconscious won't move to bring that scene into your experience. If you can convince your subconscious that it's actually happening in real time, you'll soon have a real- time repeat of the scene in your physical reality.Ahhhhh thank you so much Cherished.. do you have any tips on getting into the first person more? Sometimes I can do it.. & sometimes I find I can't get the feeling.. practice I guess lol ??

What I find helps me is a short meditation before the visualisation, rather than going straight into the visulisation. If I meditate for 5 or 10 minutes before, then everything is so much clearer and real.

I randomly start visualizing during the day at different moments, today I actually visualised having a bit of a fight with my person while I was in the shower haha. I was just giving out to him about some things he's done. Sometimes I visualize walking beside him when I'm walking somewhere or with my dog and I talk to him sometimes if I'm totally alone....it's not even on purpose....it sort of just happens, like in that song from Les Mis 'On my Own'Β

Thanks everyone for your advice.. I tried today I'm first person.. was weird.. kept slipping back in to 3rd person but the longer I visualized I was slowly getting it.. I figured out that the reason I probably like 3rd person so much is because I see myself so happy & smiling & all loved up.. & that's why I feel such strong positive emotions from it.. but I'll keep working on getting those same emotions from first person lol

If you can feel strong happy emotions from seeing yourself in third person, imagine the powerhouse you'll tap into when you visualise that it's happening NOW, and you're it. Exciting!

What I find helps sometimes to look into 1st person is to tap into memories that I've had with him. Good memories of course, but those memories tend to help me set the scene if you will. For example, sometimes I'll visualize us just laying together on his couch, watching a movie. So I'll remember a time when that happened, and how I felt in that moment. From there, I'll continue to visualize what I'd want him to say, or to do, etc. I use happy, past experiences to help me visualize what my desired reality will look like. Hope that makes sense (:

Thank you again cherished
& Big blue ..it does make sense thank you.. what's funny is the scenes I have in my head are so fun & exciting lol it's literally that I always see myself loooool even when I think of memories haha how strange.. lol but I have been making a conscious effort to do it all in first person.. I'm sure soon it will start becoming more natural to me! ;)
