Hellooo I've read that you can't really visualize wrong.. but I would normally visualize by seeing the two of us.. I would feel all the amazing happy emotions but still it would be the both of us I would see rather than me only seeing him coz I'm in it first person.. does it matter? Lol

I've read that it's more effective in 1st person using all the senses, as it makes it more real. That's how I visualise because I feel more connected that way, but I would say do it the way you feel more connected with emotion and if for you third person brings the emotion then stick with that.

Honestly I don't think it matters. For me, I always visualized as tho it's happening, but if you can still getting the feeling and see what you want it doesn't matter.

It actually does matter, a lot. In order to visualize correctly you must imagine what you want is in front of you. You have to see it as though it's real and playing out right there in your reality. So you'd actually be a part of the scene. If you look at it as though you're watching a movie, you won't be impressing upon your subconscious that it's a real-time occurrence. And therefore, your subconscious won't move to bring that scene into your experience. If you can convince your subconscious that it's actually happening in real time, you'll soon have a real- time repeat of the scene in your physical reality.

I have another question if anyone could answer.. does it count as visualization if your eyes are open? Lol for example; I'm imagining him being around me while I'm cooking or just chillin.. lol sometimes I imagine conversations too.. But because My eyes are open as I'm doing stuff.. rather than when I put 30 minutes aside to visualize I'm sat in one place with my eyes closed focused completely on the visualization.. hope you follow me lol

I know what you mean! I do this too. The way I see it, it should be just as powerful if not more powerful because you're "acting as if."
