For those that are visualizing - Β can you really SEE what you are visualizing?
For example, I know exactly what my guy looks like, down to noticing the extra skip in his step when he sees that I'm at work. He has this silly smile he does when he's being cute. Β The way he's been saying "Hi, Sweetie" now adays when he sees me. (Doesn't call any other female he talks to that)
When I visualize, I close my eyes and think of what I want to happen between us, yet, I can very rarely picture the seen. Β I've tried doing Lainie's suggestion of seeing him in a distance and calling him over, like we're in a parking lot or a hallway. I do call out to him in my mind, but I don't "see" him. Β
I know I'm rather new to this, but I'm just wondering if that is an issue or not.
Does my question even make any sense?

It develops over time. Don't worry one little bit if you can't see him during your scenario. The universe has got your back here- you need only INTEND that it's him, and it will be. Infinite intelligence won't be sending your energy to the wrong guy, don't give it any more consideration! π
As you do it more regularly though, you will be surprised how clearly you will be able to see those images. It comes with time and a belief that you're nailing it and getting better at it each day! Soon you'll be visualising like a boss, and you'll swear he's right there! π

I've been doing it once a day because the track that I found that I like is almost an hour.
I did order the Kelly Howell CD from Amazon (so that I can add it to my cloud) and since that's only about 30 minutes maybe I'll add a second session each day.
I'm glad to know that it's no big deal that I'm not seeing anything just yet. I am one of those people that sometimes have a hard time when you decribe something and you have to picture it. Β It takes a bit, but I usually get it at some point.Β

Philly, nope! π Back you go, say it again "I'm one of those lucky few who visualise clearly and TOTALLY NAIL IT!" And so it shall be, my friend! intention is all that matters. xxxxx

When his image fades during my visualization and I find it hard to feel the emotions, I simply look at his pictures I have and remind myself about our beautiful moments, his smile, his voice or particular action he usually do or reacts.
This way I can easily visualise him and his voice as real as he is.
