I seem to be posting constantly this past week, lol. Sorry if I'm annoying anyone. Basically I know how to get my girl back. Done twice before, (explained full story in previous posts) anyways, I'm at the stumbling block, the brick wall. I need to let go of anger, hurt, rage.... I've been given some great advice from members, meditation, and it helps but I'm after letting the pain out without suppressing it, I wanna release it without causing anyone including myself harm. Meditation helps me relax and calm but I feel the anger just being suppressed inside, I want to let it out so its out of my system, please help??

Lol I think I've been posting a lot too lately haha but I'm sure other members probably know the feeling of slight panic plus needing a bit more help at times. You definitely should not repress an emotion, because it affects your life and your vibe and your all round happiness. You need to let it out, write an angry letter to her in handwriting telling her all the reasons why youre angry (obviously don't send it, its for you) then punch a pillow do whatever then think of as many things possible that she did for you that helped you or made you happy I.e my person would always cook meat for me even though he was a vegetarian and he carried me whenever my shoes hurt. Those little things. Then go back and think of times when you felt those feelings of anger before in your life. Maybe the real anger is due to a very old wound that your person accidentally triggered. Then sit with that feeling for a little while and soon it will lose momento. When you relook at your angry letter you shouldn't feel the intensity of those emotions anymore. People rarely do things to hurt others on purpose, people only act on what they believe will make their lives better and those actions can inadvertently cause hurt to others. There's a film where a girl leaves a happy marriage for an exciting artist and asks her ex husband for forgiveness and he replies 'sorry for what? Sorry for doing what you felt you had to do?' And at that moment she regrets everything, I love that moment, the ex husband showed unconditional love and she wanted him back but he decided not to take her back but it wasn't out of spite or anger. Imagine that moment when your girl comes back and says the same and you can just allow her to be forgiven and the absolute love that will ignite. One of my ex's is angry at me still and that makes him totally unattractive to me I don't even reply to his 'nice,' messages anymore
