I really like this - I think it's along the same lines as what I usually do - which is sit with my negative thoughts/feelings/beliefs and journal about them to explore the underlying reasoning. Then I usually use that insight when I do some EFT. It just feels easier to me, than really trying to drill in positive affirmations.
I like that the confirmation that I'm not the only one that feels this way!
Exactly! That way just doesn't work for everyone, embracing the negative aspects of myself has helped me so much, and helped soften them as now there's less resistance to them in the first place. It's more peaceful X

Anymore thoughts on this? I'm kinda afraid to right down things I think negatively because I don't want them to manifest.

It's ok that you're afraid to do that, just like it's ok to not be ok with embracing negative beliefs. Everything just has to be ok. When I've had panic attacks in the past repeating its ok its ok its ok over and over soothed me a little like a mother and a baby.
They will only manifest if you believe they have that kind of power. If it doesn't feel right to you don't write them out, or write them out and then add at the bottom 'OK universe transform and transmute these fears I don't want them anymore.' Something like that?
Try to send love to negative thoughts like they're fruits on the branches of your tree that have just gone bad, they can drop off and be transformed.
But I know the more I resist them and go no no no no the bigger and scarier they feel. Embrace them with love, they're a part of your experience.
I have a quote from someone that's something like 'say no to your fears and they will grow, say yes and you will find you have fearlessly neutralised them'
Your higher self KNOWS what you want, the universe knows, I'm probably explaining this badly due to lack of sleep! But i think it's about softening the bigness or scary nature of our negative beliefs by going meh ok fine be there, see if I care.

The thing is, if you have fears and limiting beliefs that pop up regularly you are already vibrating those things.. It's not as though you can hide them in your vibration lol.. Writing them down is actually acknowledging them, which of itself can bring you enormous relief. I bet if you write those negative feelings down, you won't feel WORSE, you'll feel relieved. You are where you are, which is great because you know where you have to go!

When I journal about my negative thoughts - I think of myself as an outsider looking in, and often even write it out like a conversation with someone else. So I'll write "what are you afraid of? I'm afraid of X. Why do you think that could happen? etc." For me, I feel like this is my safety net with LOA because in a way, the universe has to choose which perspective to go with. Plus, there's that time gap - so as long as afterwards I feel better and some relieve, then that's what the universe is going to respond to.
Another thing to do afterwards, is take whatever you've written and burn it. Watch those words/thoughts/feelings go up in flames and really feel the relieve from that. There's NO way the universe can mistake that intention!
This is good I'm gonna try this! X
