It's written for women to get men but it works on anyone and for anything. It's just visualizing. I think the big reason why it works for me is because it only takes 5 minutes so I do it 3 times a day and I stay very consistent with it. Here is a simple breakdown of the steps. Step 1: Lie on your back and get comfortable. Take full, deep breaths.Step 2: Get into a state of relaxation. Repeat to yourself "I am sleepy" or "Sleep" about 3 timesStep 3: Visualize your subject clearly. Imagine him/her 50 feet away from youStep 4: Call out to him/her. Do this until he/she turns around to look at youStep 5: Watch him/her walk over to you. Hi guys, been doing RS/RI for the past few weeks. Been getting good results. He invited me over earlier this week after a month of not seeing eachother. He's been texting me here and there through out the week asking how my day is. He's coming over tonight to pick up some things he needs for an event that he left here. He's definitely coming around...yay!!!
Anyway, my question is, does anyone cry while doing Lanie's method? Lately every time I hear my luv telling me the things I want to hear, tears start welling up. I'm guessing its because I feel the emotion of how it would feel to actually hear these words? Just wanted to hear your thoughts on this. Thanks!
