Yes , I feel like you truly care about me as a friend.. I just don't know how to kick my old story and leave it behind and get myself to truly believe in my desire happening.. I just want to let everything go in so tired of everything at times I want to give up my coworker told me today if it's meant to be it will happen you will get her back and if it's meant to happen you'll get your friends back there's nothing you can do

I am full of boredom because it's taking for even for my desire to come
I am full of boredom because my parents don't accept same sex relationships
I am full of boredom because I never see my girlfriend
I am full of boredom because I don't want my girlfriend to be with anyone else
I am full of boredom because so much time has passed and still nothing has changed
I am full of boredom because I don't see anything in my current reality changing

I am full of boredom because I don't want my girlfriend to forget about me

Today at work the strangers thing happened one of my co workers which is a women has never worn any type of perfume for the past 3 years I've been at this job .. And today when she passed me she was wearing perfume and it was my girlfriends perfume and smelt exactly like my girlfriends house I couldn't stop smiling .. It's like I was with my girlfriend at work today and the smell was so strong , it wasn't like perfume you smell of you were only really close to that person I was pretty far away when I first smelt it

I am content because nothing is impossible

I am content because my girlfriend asked me to move in with her

I am content because my girlfriend apologized for everything and never wants to spend another day without me

Yes I'm feeling much much better .. Throughout the day it's the hardest for me because negative thoughts pop into my head and thoughts about the time and how long it's been pops into my head but I keep on chanting things in my head to remove the doubt such as : T is madly in love with me , time doesn't matter , I have faith despite the facts ,repeating believe many times , I'm sorry please forgive me thank you I love you , t loves me ... It seems to be working when I have negative thoughts throughout the day I keep repeating these sayings , I want to come up with more things to say to myself to believe and knock out negativity.. I'm working on ignoring my current reality right now with my friends and love I need more things to repeat to myself

When I get that negative feeling coming on, I stop what I'm doing and think "wrong thought, what DO I want?" And immediately I think of my guy. And then I ask myself "how will it feel when he's in my arms?" And there you go, I've just started creating the reality I DO want again. It can be as easy as that. Truly.

Okay thank you for that .. I'm trying to act as if right now on one side of the bed I have a table and I have my girlfriends favorite snacks and I have a drink for her because she always loved to have a drink on that side table , when I get out of work I would always immediately call her so after to work I pretend that I'm talking to her on my way home , I lay a pillow next to me and I kiss it every morning and night and say I love you T and I pretend that I'm laying on her chest like I always would do or I pretend she's spooning me and it feels so real lol I love it ! .. Only part of my reality that I'm struggling with right now is with my friends I'm not sure what to do to pretend that they are here it's just lonely lol

When you do this for a while, you will come to realise that you don't need your friends. And there is enormous freedom in that.

Okay just realizing that I only need myself to be truly happy , I don't need anyone ...I need to do something with myself so that I don't feel bored and alone .. Thank you for everything ! You feel like a real friend to me
