It's the FEELING

I've been reading a lot of how to let go of the desire and not be attached to the outcome when you want something so badly. But ultimately all my studying led me to the thing we have heard time and time again, "It is the feeling, the vibrations to manifest anything you want". Ive heard it so many times but I never really truely thought about it.

I was always like, "Yah yah it's about feeling good. I feel good about everything in my life, I'm happy, I'm smiling, I feel gratitude, I appreciate all the wonderful things I have, but I still don't have my man back. WHAT THE HECK! I geuniely feel good! Everything in my life is awesome and important, but it's also so important to me that I manifest this one desire. So how am I supposed to feel good all the time when it hasn't happened yet?!?" I don't get discouraged, i just get annoyed, but just momentarily of course. Besides ignoring current reality, I kept reading on and found this awesome exercise I would encourage you all to try if you haven't already. Maybe it's just me who just had this a-ha moment! Hope it helps anyway. <3Β 

Somewhere I read, feel what it feels like to be IN LOVE. If you want it to be pushed farther, feel what it feels like to be IN LOVE WITH YOUR PERSON. Why do you love them? But not just why like their qualities, but how do their qualities make you feel? How does receiving love from this person make you feel? How does it make you feel to love them? I stopped scripting earlier because it wasn't helpful to me, but I decided to really write/type this one out and really take some time to think about how being in love with my man makes me feel. Yes, it makes me happy, yes it makes me feel good. But why? Push it even more. How did it feel the first time you told them you love them? I honestly believe by doing this genuinely and really trying picture how these things affect you, there is no way you won't FEEL it. That's how I've decided to really FEEL love and FEEL good about my desire instead of just trying to convince myself I feel more then just missing him.Β

I love this exercise!! Because when you actually start to go this deep and dig into your feelings towards them, you will actually start to really get to the core of your feelings!
