First you have to know what a belief is. A belief is a repeated thought in your head mixed with emotion.
So, to remove a belief, stop thinking about it and replace it with a new one. Don't hate the old belief, don't judge it as bad. Just say that it is a believe you don't wish to have anymore.
Then, keep in your mind the new belief, think of it, or every possible idea that comes with this thought (other similar thoughts, I mean) with a feeling (love, joy, appreciation, excitement...).
Something that helps me a lot is to pretend that I am a person who already believes this thing. Then, I start to behave like this and I do it always with excitement and joy.

There are only two emotions: love and fear. (that's why they say that we should never act from a place of fear)
There are also our thoughts. When we combine a thought to an emotion, we have the feelings or beliefs.
Fellings or beliefs are the combination of thoughts and emotions.
Thought+Love---> Joy, happiness, excitement, appreciation....
Thought+Fear----> Anger, Sadness, Jealousy, fear .....
Feelings/Beliefs make our behaviour, unconsciously. That's why many many times, when we want to change something it is not enough to just make something different. Because if our beliefs remain the same, soon we will turn back to our usual. When we change our beliefs/feelings we act as a new person, unconsciously and the act comes so naturally that we almost don't realise how we did this.Β
Is it hard for you to do the things you like or you believe as true? No, it comes naturally, you don't even think about how you do them, you don't even know how you do them. You just do them. It comes naturally. Because there is a belief/feeling that supports these ideas and the action comes naturally.

Thank you so much. I am very interested in Lanie Stevens Method. I cant buy her book in my country as it is not available. How can I get it or can anyone briefly describe the steps to do when using her method? Much appreciated!

I really don't know how you can get the book, sorry. But I can describe you the steps you take.
1. Sit in a quiet room or lie in bed.Β
2. Relax, close your eyes if you want and breathe. For 2-3 minutes, just watch your breathing. Relax.
3. See your guy in front of you. This could be an imaginary image or remember the last time you saw him or a recent photo of him and get into the scene.
4. Call his name. Do it for 2-3 times if it is necessary until you see him turning around. See him coming close to you (remeber, you have the control of your visualisation 100%, he can do whatever you want). See him happy and with a smile.
5. Then, he says exactly what you want him to say. Use your senses, see his face and listen to his voice saying the words you want to hear. If you like, use your touch as well, you can feel him touching your face, your hands etc.
6. Feel the joy and the happiness, as it would be real. Then, say to him that you too feel the same for him. For example , if he says to you "I love you, I've missed you", say "Me too". Reassure him that you feel the same.
Extra tip: Don't do it as you have to do it. Do it for the fun, just because it feels good to see him, listen to him saying these lovely things, have fun with it and do it whenever you want to do it. It is not necessary every day. Only when you want to and do it just to have fun. Feel the scene as it is happening right now. Your feelings are your indicators. If it feels good, go on with it. If it doesn't feel good, stop it.
If you catch yourself trying too hard, STOP. Try another time. This means you don't do it for the fun, you do it to make something happen, with resistence.

You need to remember always this: you don't do the visualisation to make something happen. You do it in order to create the feeling in your body. So, do it if and whenever you want it, because it feels good. Not to make something happen.Β
I remember once, I was doing a meditation for connection and transpoting a message. At first, I did it because I had to do it and was trying to force the whole thing. I couldn't make the connection. I decided to stop the meditation, I coulndn't do it. Before I go, I felt I wanted to stay for a while because I had managed to creat an image of him so good and I wanted to look at him, I had missed him. I did it just for fun and for my pleasure. Then, I touched him and then it happened, I felt the connection. It was strong. I passed the message. I was sure he got it. A few days later he did in physical reality what I told him in my meditation to do.
Why am I saying this to you? Because I want you to understand that there is absolutelly no point in doing the visualisation as a routine, because you have to do it, to make it happen. You should do it for your own pleasure and only if and when you want to.

Nothing is really necessary. You do whatever you want to do just because it feels good. You can try this. But remember. She is your target. You must see her horny. Not you only, especially her. You can also hear her saying to you what you want to hear. Feel the senses (sight, touch, hear her voice clearly...)

I have attracted someone many times, but it is difficult for me to keep him close to me because I haven't cleaned up my subconscious mind. There are doubts and fear. It is easy for me to attract him, but the point is to keep him.Β
