    Question on Lanie Stevens

    I am very confused if Lanie Stevens method can be used on a girl if I'm a guy? I understand that it is a book for girls. But if I'm a guy can I use the same method and get the same results?

    The technique works either way, man/woman, gay/straight, etc.

    Im having a hard time buying Lanie's book outside of US. I really want to know how I can use this technique. Can someone share a brief on the step by steps? Appreciate it!
