One more suggestion - how to keep balance between letting go,detachment and acting "as if"???
For example, letting go or detachment means you shud concentrate on yourself!
On the other hand, acting as if means you already have him, and feel that way,and concentrating and feeling good for having him back in life. And also,when you are visualizing ,or watching your lovely videos,your mind someway or the other knows you are watching "how to get your ex" back...(that means you don't have him/her)

What to do when nothing's happening? What do you do when you are consistent with your visualizations and belief, yet nothing seems to be happening...
