What it says to do in ask and it is given ? Sorry for all the questions.. I want to get rid of all these limiting beliefs that I have .. I love my baby lol

Day (1) impatience #10
I am impatient because I see life moving fast in front of my eyes
I am impatient because my girlfriend seems to of forgot about me
I am impatient because I don't see anything improving in my current reality
I am impatient because I want everything in my life to be fixed right now
I am impatient because I don't have my love back in my arms yet
I am impatient because my relationship with my friends don't seem to be improving
I am impatient because I never see my girlfriend despite us living in the same town
I am imapatient because I'm suppose to believe in blind faith without seeing any results in my reality
I am impatient because I miss my girlfriend and friends like crazy
I am imapatient because it's taking forever for people around me to support me believing in LOA and believing my love is coming back

Doing this excercise is bringing up so many emotions in me but not good ones , is this supposed to happen? It doesn't make me feel better right now , now I have a mix of emotions and not good ones

Its not supposed to feel good. But that is how you get rid of the feeling. You have to express it. Roll around with it. Really feel into it. You'll feel terrible. The next day, move up one. Then one more. etc. Eventually you will be so happy that your cheeks will hurt.

Thank you BBallerct for helping me out too ! I don't think I'm that low your right I'm not all the way down the list I'm not hopeless I'm not in that dark dark place .

I am worried that my girlfriend will move on without me
I am worried that my girlfriend will fall in love with someone else
I am worried my girlfriend will never be in love with me again
I am worried my girlfriend will never come back
I am worried I will never see my girlfriend again
I am worried that my girlfriend is happier without me
I am worried that I won't be able to fix my relationship with my friends
I am worried I won't be able to make everything right again
I am worried I won't be able to turn my life around
I am worried that my parents will never accept my girlfriend and I's relationship
I am worried that my girlfriend won't want to try to work things out
I am worried I lost my bestfriend forever
I am worried that we can't get back to being so close and insuperable
I am worried that my life won't get better
I am worried that the universe/God can't turn my situation around
I am worried that my life will keep getting worse
I am worried that I'm blocking my manifestation by not letting go and fully believing
I am worried that my friends will never want anything to do with me
I am worried I lost all my friends forever
I am worried I can't get my girlfriend back
I am worried that I'm wasting my time because my girlfriend won't come back
I am worried we will never get back to how we were
I am worried I'll never be able to kiss my girlfriend , hold her hand , laugh together , be together all the time
I am worried all is lost in my life
I am worried everything is impossible to change
I am worried I'm doing all of this for no reason because I can't get her back
I am worried my girlfriend wants to spend her life with someone else

Awesome work lovelies!! What's your next emotion Love? 😊 Tgis process is awesome, it helps to shift your vibration and lessen your resistance on the thoughts that are stuck: truly. Keep going! Move on up to the next emotion when you feel ready.

Thank you for this but right now I don't feel happy it just brought up a lot of emotion but I guess it's apart of the process ,my next emotion is worry

I am Doubtful that my girlfriend will fall in love with me
I am doubtful that my girl will come back to me
I am doubtful that my parents would accept my girlfriend and I
I am doubtful I'll be able to fix my relationship with my friends
I am doubtful that my girlfriend will want to be with me again as her girlfriend and not just bestfriend
I am doubtful I'll be able to fix my life
I am doubtful I can fix my relationship with my girlfriend
I am doubtful that my parents would support my decision
I am doubtful that my parents will like my girlfriend again
I am doubtful that my girlfriend will tell me all the things I want to hear
I am doubtful that my girlfriend will ever propose to me
I am doubtful that my girlfriend cares and thinks about me anymore
I am doubtful that my relationship with my girlfriend will be close again
I am doubtful that my girlfriend and I will be insuperable again

Stick with us, because what you're doing is taking those thoughts and softening them each day. Gently. So that it's totally believable to your subconscious. Remember the other day how we reframed? You're doing the sane thing, except you're tackling your deepest fears! It's all good, just keep working up the scale. Use each sentence and reframe it into the perspective of the next emotion on the list. You do it this way when you are really stuck on some negative beliefs you can't shift. I've had enormous success with this. In a few days when you get to hope and beyond, you will be SOARING, and you will have released SO much resistance around these doubts and fears. Keep going!! 👏

Thank you so much !yes I really enjoyed the reframing technique the most that gave me the most positive boost of energy .. I am willing to work at it until all my limiting beliefs are gone ..Once I get up the scale do I continue doing number 1 until my desire arrives ?
