Idea

I think a lot of times, when we first Come on here.  Most of us want a "quick fix". Which is one of the reasons why people join those challenges to get an ex back, but I think a lot of the time.  People join them, and still have way too much resistance. So they end up getting overwhelmed

I think a challenge people should do first.  Is something like a 30 day "get myself back" challenge.      And for that month don't even think about the other person., don't do it for them.  Do it for you.        And keep track of progress each day and also spoil yourself as much as possible for that month

Re: Idea

I agree a lot of people fail on these challenges because of resistance. But whichever challenge you look at be it Veronica 25, Superman 30 day etc they all have the same basis premise - which is for the next x days you must believe everything is fine and do things you love.

If you also look at the testimonials of these challenges you will see that the success people have is often more directed on how great they personally feel. They will tell you throughout the challenge when followed properly that the burden is lifted day by day and they have got back in touch with their inner self. For me personally i followed the Superman challenge last year (not for the full 30 days I confess) but it really lifted my spirit and played a big part in getting myself back.

So in fact the challenges are exactly what you suggested "get yourself back", but they are packaged as "get your ex back" because that's where people are resonating at that particular time.

Getting rid of resistance is self discipline, so whatever challenge a person follows they have to make the commitment to allow the resistance to go. This I know is not easy but with commitment it will go.

Re: Idea

I agree Dan 😊 I've been trying to think of ways to get everyone focussing on the self-love piece more consistently. It goes unrecognised for a while, and I did the same thing when I started - jumped into the manifesting ring with no self-worth to back myself. It is difficult to articulate what self love TRULY  feels like, and how to work towards its attainment. I've been trying to think of the best way for us to tackle it with those who are struggling.

If you imagine it in your mind..
Believe it in your heart..
Feel it in your soul..
You will hold it in your hand πŸ’žΒ

Re: Idea

I like that idea Dan...that's why we post so many supportive posts to uplift others. My only concern is, people will only be ready when they are to be receptive to the information out there. It is only until you are looking that you will find.

Many of us who came here thinking what we wanted was to get back a lover, we find out we are searching for the love within ourselves. And it is until you yield to self, you will know.

Wish them well and do your part.

I think everyone has to experience it for themselves in order to understand. It's like an awakening..we all need to awaken on our path, in our own time..

Re: Idea

It's VERY difficult to not think about something or someone that you desire. I'm not saying this isn't a good challenge, it absolutely is but I think a lot of people will struggle because of how much work they've been putting in to manifesting and visualizing. I'm a lot happier with myself now. I don't feel sad and I really enjoy Law Of Attraction, visualizing, affirmations and writing out my gratitude list. I think that's another thing you can do to learn how to love yourself. And be happier with who you are.

Re: Idea

Yes, it's so important to remember that consciously using the LOA isn't ever a quick fix.Β  Yes, sometimes things can manifest instantly, but... you need to surrender to being happy first! Love the idea of an amazing life more than being sad!
