Yes great advice! I also love doing this with everyone. I start by feeling the energy in my heart (if you're into crystals rose quartz, clear quartz or Moldavite are amazing for amping up heart energy).

Imagine this energy in your heart and you will feel it, if you have trouble remember a time you were truly happy (maybe not with your guy or girl if there is still bad feeling right now). For me it could be family trips, my favourite locations in the world, warm summer evenings with friends. This automatically fills you with unconditional love.

I imagine the energy as a beautiful emerald green (your heart chakra colour) or a gorgeous soft pinky white colour that gets richer and more vibrant as you breathe.

Focus on the image of your love in your imagination, or a photograph if you like. The way I was taught to do this is after you've breathed in and out for a while building up your own heart energy, now imagine sending this ray of pure universal love to your intended and see it going into their heart.

On the inhale imagine this energy going through their heart then the light returning back to your heart. I keep doing this for a few minutes simply following the exhale to them, inhale back to you.

Imagine looking into their eyes it can be a truly magical experience as you let go of all outside influences and focus purely on the universe and your divine connection with this person.

Try seeing heart energy as a ray of light, as a stream, or as a spiraling silver line coming from your heart and traveling out to the person you want to attract. You may not see the heart energy touch the other person, but it does. When heart energy touches someone, it affects them. They have a choice to either receive the energy and take it inside, or to allow it to pass through them. Even if it passes through them, it touches them in some way. Sending heart energy to a person allows him or her to receive your feelings of goodness and love, and it will inspire them to do more and to trust more. So try to send out these spiraling rays of love, this heart energy, to the person you wish to manifest.
