Can you talk a little bit about this? How do you journal "up". Do you do it as if you already feel that way, or do you write it as being excited that you will soon feel that way.
So for example, if you feel boredom, do you then write as if you feel contentment or do it more like "I can't wait to feel content"?

Like scripting, you choose the next emotion and stretch yourself just a LITTLE by writing from that new mindset. It's more potent in raising your vibration sometimes, because reaching for just one emotion higher is usually much easier and more believable than going straight to bliss in your scripting.
