Hey, why not script it for us? 
Write it as if it is happening or has already happened.
Just one note for this thread: I would prefer no mention of your specific lover.... if you're going to talk about your future husband or wife, please keep it to something like "my husband makes me feel warm and loved" or whatever, you can really get into the feeling but keep it general, I'd prefer no specific ex thoughts here........ keep it simple and not even a hint of negative memories.
