Sometimes I have great days and other days are pretty crappy. It isn't because I am missing the relationship, it is because my subconscious is bringing up little insecurities from the old relationship. How do you guys quiet your subconscious? I am so confident about him coming back, but as soon as my subconscious brings up a thought I am wavering in confidence.Β

You can quiet it by focusing on other things that make you feel good. Try to only focus on the new relationship and thoughts of him when you're feeling good. When you catch yourself feeling those insecurities, recognize you are doing so, stop it, and move on to things that make you feel great! The fact you recognize the problem is half of the battle!
