What is the proper way to visualize?
1. I am the heroine, my love is the hero?? ;)
OR
2. I am the audience, watching a movie where LoveIsGod is the heroine and her love is the hero?? :D
(that's the best way I found to explain myself!lol) :D

I read from Elizabeth Daniels that you should visualize from your eyes. So you are seeing your hero from YOUR eyes, not as though you're watching a movie.Β
But as always, do what works best for you, and what makes you feel the happiest (:

Yes even I have heard so,but visualizing the other way seems easier for me! Let's see! I will try!

What made it easy for me to do it that way was to remember times when I was with him lying on the couch, cooking dinner, etc (positive moments that really made me feel happy) and go from there. Sometimes I'd visualize meeting his entire family, and although I do not know what they look like, I'd still see my hand extend out to them, introduce myself, etc.Β

Noooo! You have to feel as though it's YOU in the scene- don't watch yourself on the big screen, jump INTO the scene!

Ok.... Cherished! Thank you!
I will try more then, though its a bit tough for me!
Thank you,big_blue!
One more thing, do we need to visualize the same thing everyday till the thing doesn't happen? Or we can visualize different situations everyday? Or we should visualize different situations everyday???

I don't think it necessarily matters what you visualize. The way I understand it is it's the feeling that comes from the visualization that makes it powerful.
