βEvery child is born in the garden of humanity as a flower. Each flower differs from every other flower. There are many messages in our society that tell us, even when weβre young people, that thereβs something wrong with us and that if we just buy the right product, or look a certain way, or have the right partner, that will fix it. As grown-ups, we can remind young people that theyβre already beautiful as they are; they donβt have to be someone else.β T.N. Han

Was this really necessary, CR? Losing weight is a worthwhile cause..... are you going to join the challenge or just make fun and criticise the people who are working towards something?

It's OK, Mrs. Plaha, we've all been there lol
Today, my Mom bought McDonald's pancakes for the family and a fish sandwich for herself. She could barely eat half of it and gave the rest to me, with almost all of the fries lol. Why am I so good at manifesting food? Maybe because I appreciate it so much? lol
This is usually what my weight loss experience is like: exercise and try to eat healthy for a week, see no results, get mad, focus on homework, feel confident about homework, get so tired from homework, play video games, eat like a dog during the weekend, and then boom - just when I least expect it I'm getting back in shape lol.

Do you guys have any tips to manifest a love of fitness? I love how you are all getting endorphin highs and enjoying the benefits of yoga, entering/winning bodybuilding comps etc and I want in! Problem is I've passionately HAAAAAATED doing anything physical or fitness related since I was a kid. I love eating healthy and my diet is on point, but the thought of working out makes me want to crawl under the sofa - I'd seriously rather do anything else. I once stuck to a gym program for a whole 12 weeks, but that was only because it was the 12 weeks before my wedding. The habit didn't stick even after 3 months and I was instantly back to slothing after I hit my milestone. On the bright side I do lots of walking which I don't mind - between having neither a car nor a yard for my dog, I walk almost 2 hours per day (mostly snail's pace - dogs need to stop & sniff everything and everyone they see, you know).Β
So how do I wake up each day bursting with desire to work out? Just fake it til I make it? I guess I could visualise liking it (but I reallllly don't)? I sometimes look at fitness inspo on Pinterest or Insta, but that never gets much further than sitting on the couch looking at fitness inspo. I wanna want to do it! Any ideas? Thank you!!
