Some advice Please! :)

So, it has been one week since my ex broke things off. Things that I have noticed since we have parted ways is that it was for the best. Β He was not committed and due to previous relationships he had a small issue with trust. When we broke up he stated that he wanted to be "alone" and then went back and forth with whether he wanted me in his life or not. We broke up the day before Valentines Day. He said he loved me when I told him that I loved him. He also texted me the next day wishing me Happy Valentines Day and a sad emoji face. I immediately changed from thinking that yea we were done for good to there is still hope for us. I have since closed the book on our past relationship and am currently starting a manifesting your dreams course and following the steps outlined on Veronica's You Tube. I got a notebook, I wrote what I love about my love, I wrote our good qualities and finally the Testimonial that I CANNOT wait to post one day soon. I knew that we did not have a good emotional connection, trust and commitment. These are the same things I wrote that I love about my love and what our new relationship has. I also find myself sending him love and light throughout the day. I have began to meditate, and really communicate with the Universe.Β 

The questions I have about this process are:

I have read a lot about being on different vibrations. I am not sure what this means and also how would I go about getting on the correct vibration in order for the loving and amazing relationship with my ex.

Secondly, I know that in order to manifest this brand new and loving true relationship with my love I have to first work on myself. I have been trying to do this and as much as I am trying to focus on other activities and bettering myself, he is still always on my mind. There is no blame or anger (which I don't feel at all) but good times that we shared.Β

Being on different vibrations means on what thoughts or feelings you're vibrating. If you're having negative emotions, you will vibrate at lower level but if you're experiencing good feelings, you will vibrate at higher level. In order for attracting loving relationship... Imagine two of you happily together, Imagine two of you already in love with each other and feel that love inside.

If you're thinking about your good times with him..that's best thing but if you feel lack or sadness whilst thinking about him, then try not to think about him at that time.
