Awesome guys!!! I also dropped a wopping 32lbs over the last 3 months. Although it was the worst (stress) way of losing it, I feel GREAT, sexy and wonderful. I am soooo loving myself. I've now joined a gym, taking some dance classes and eat extremely healthy to maintain it.

I did it. Indoor cycling lunch and hot absolute yoga after work hahahaha.
I ate a bit of rice, 3 boiled eggs, a salad, grilled chicken thigh and leg, jicama, a small portion of pork, 2 madeleines, 6-pc mcnuggets, and 5 dumplings. And coffee candy. WHAT AN APPETITE.

Haven't been dropping into this thread much but I've spent the past couple of weeks doing exercise and yoga and feel AWESOME. I'm lucky enough to work from home most of the time so I get to just do bits and pieces whenever I feel like it throughout the day, which is a really nice way of not tiring myself out too much!

My most difficult challenge to myself is to drink more liquids......
Same here I have a horrible time thinking about drinking anything always have I have set a reminder on my work calendar every two hours it pops up "Water"

I went to PT last night was on the bicycle and treadmill loved it I am trying to eat two servings of vegetable at each meal which seems to be working ( and yes I know French fries are not a vegetable lol) but I tried putting fennel into salads I really like it sliced very thin great crunch
