Tips for starting the 25 day challenge?

Hi all!

So I've been fond of LOA for the past year. I first watched the Secret in 2006 when I was 14 years old. At the time, I thought it was bull (I told myself I'd pass my lifeguard exam only to fail it...little did I know that there was so much resistance in me which I just tried to fight).

About a year ago I read the Soulmate Secret by Arielle Ford and I made a Vision Board and got myself to a state of happiness that I felt a relationship would only enhance a great life that I already had. 80% of the goals on my original vision board (which got lost while moving...luckily i have a picture of it on my phone) manifested within a period of 8 months. One thing that manifested was my relationship with an old crush of mine. I knew we would get together and I just didn't have any doubt. I didn't need to doubt because I was already so happy. However, throughout that relationship, I had so many anxieties and fears and eventually, when I went back to school the relationship ended due to long distance. I manifested both the relationship, and the break up.

I want to get back together with him and I am reading so much on LOA. I've already finished E Squared and Manifesting Love by Elizabeth Daniels. I've also read Veronica's book and I'm working my way through the videos. I believe in LOA because I'm seeing the E Squared experiments work. However, in terms of getting my ex back, I find I'm so addicted to reading how to use LOA to get him back that I am both attracting a state of wanting, and feeling overwhelmed by the all the information available that I'm not putting action in it.

Do you have any tips on how to actually do the exercises so that I actually get things done in 25 days, rather than continue to read and read? Is there a structured guideline? I am thinking of keeping a 25 day journal of scripts, as well I want to start a gratuity project in which I will compile a list of a million things to be grateful for. This is supposed to be a lifelong project Β

Well I kind of want to know what I'm doing right and doing wrong. I do find myself constantly thinking about him and not getting other things done. I daydream a lot about him, then I have a feeling of "oh no, we're not together". Any tips on letting go and overcoming resistance?

I think you're reading so much because you're trying to look for the perfect way to do this. You have to trust that all will be fine. Elizabeth Daniels and Veronica's books both have structured guidelines. How about making a small start and gain momentum from there? You will see some improvement in your relationship. My guy came back in 30 days.

Haha! Yes, I think I need to stop. I'm addicted to LOA though! It's so fascinating! It's hard to help it lol.

Everythingisbeautiful, do you mind sharing what you did? I am trusting myself but I would like to hear what you did!Β

Re: Tips for starting the 25 day challenge?

My biggest problem is overcoming resistance and letting go.Β

Like I'll be all happy and excited, and then I'll remember the whole break up and how angry I was. I don't want to deny that I'm angry, because I am. And I feel that I need to accept that I'm angry instead of lying to myself that I'm not. However, in my heart, I've forgiven him and I do visualize an apology and me forgiving him. What do you do when you notice that resistance?

As well, how did you let go? It's so hard to let go when you're visualizing and super excited! That's the most difficult part for me. Could you elaborate on that?

...I did buy one more book, but I'll stop after this lol. It is the same thing by Betty Tate. I have an addiction to LOA, but I think from the first chapter Betty did most of the stuff.

I'm keeping a private journal on Word documents, as of now I don't think it's a good idea to share it publicly.Β

Re: Tips for starting the 25 day challenge?

So an interesting thing happened to me while driving. I turned on a Spotify playlist which I dedicated to us. Let's just say it was our "fun" playlistΒ

I also used to listen to that playlist at work but ever since the break up i stopped listening to it because it was painful. I thought, well using LOA I should listen to it again. I felt excited and energized and relaxed as I had felt when I listened to it alone and also with him. Something interesting though was that there was a particular song which I always associated with us. And I thought "I can't wait to hear it". I hit the next button (my playlist was in shuffle, so I wouldn't have been able to predict the next song), and guess what? that song came on. Totally was an LOA moment for me.

I tried doing it again but the Universe probably figured I was trying to trick it, so it tricked me back. But I'm hoping it was an LOA moment, and not just a fluke. I have about 8 hours worth of songs on the playlist so it wasn't like it was just a few songs.Β
