my diet recommendations for you all
rooibos tea - high in antioxidants, anti-inflammation, high in AHA and zinc, GREAT for skin and hair, improves circulation, good for asthma
spirulina (powder or pill)
Protein: 4 grams.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamin): 11% of the RDA.
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): 15% of the RDA.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin): 4% of the RDA.
Copper: 21% of the RDA.
Iron: 11% of the RDA.
chlorella pills
•Protein 16g
•Vitamin A 287% RDA
•Vitamin B2 71% RDA
•Vitamin B3 33% RDA
•Iron 202% RDA
•Magnesium 22% RDA
•Zinc 133% RDA
magnesium is good for anxiety and all these healthy foods/drinks will up your manifestations skills!

i think i've lost track but i'm about day 12
i succeeded in most things from my last goals except the teas lol....but i did the water!
all together i lost 1kg then regained most of it oooooooopsadaisy!
my today's plan:
1) 12 glasses of water
2) bike 20 mins
3) shoulderstands & other yogas 20-30 mins

Was this really necessary, CR? Losing weight is a worthwhile cause..... are you going to join the challenge or just make fun and criticise the people who are working towards something?

I've been doing a weightloss challenge myself since 1st Feb.
Been on low carbs, high protein, doing a daily abs & legs workout challenge and going gym! Drinking 2.4-3L of water daily.
Have lost 5lbs since. Official weigh in day is Wed, so will update this weeks loss then.
Currently at the gym as im typing this! 💪🏼
