I'm pear shaped with a flat tummy and small waist. I have wide hips which I don't mind. But I have huge thighs and a button that bangs into everything. So I would like to slim that down more. I do leg and butter exercises twice a week. Then the rest is yoga and dancing for the whole body.

My legs are soooore, I love it. If I stick to this week's workout calendar, I'll "reward" myself with yummy seafood pasta this weekend.

oh yes i tell myself that too, and so far so good but i'm not really losing the weight i've lost almost a kilogram but then suddenly i just stopped and am the same for the couple of days!

and oh great! yum! i like rewards!

oh and with the body shapes, i looove the hourglass figure, but then i think all figures are nice in their own way too, except for mine LOL!!!! i just have a straight shape, like boy shape i think almost, i have boobs obviously and big hips but there isn't a lot of curve i think......... Β  well someday if i am confident enough i'll upload a pic and you guys can judge it *runs away and hides*

Girl, your body sounds dreamy! And like Dynamo, I appreciate all body types... except mine LOLOLOLOL JK, I've learned to love my body and all it's round and soft spots.

So I skipped yoga tonight because I got up at 4am today and yoga was at 815pm and I fell asleep at my desk around 5pm and woke up hungry so I had dinner and you're not supposed to eat before yoga AND BASICALLY I HAVE A BUNCH OF EXCUSES so I'm gonna go get some ice cream because I deserve it. <3

Had my workout again today. Managed to go up to 110kg squats for 3 sets of 5 reps. Making steady progress, feeling great!
