I wanna join in. My uncle is getting married in May and I wanna look awesome. I will be sporting a 50's dress and I want to lose some weight to further accentuate my hourglass figure. Plus I want to feel confident and wear damn bikini!! ahahha

I can barely walk. I was laughing at myself as I inched my way from the studio to the drugstore to the cab line.
I ran into a former co-worker at the drugstore and she messaged me to say she was gonna tell me I looked so pretty without makeup. She said endorphins suit me WHICH IS SO FUNNY because I always hate how I look post-workout.
Today has been a good day and it ain't even over!

i would still like to add that i hope nobody goes to far with the exercising as even though its good to feel dead afterward it is a worry, i know people with serious sports injuries

Hi,
how are you doing? My day was ok. I went running in the morning and later to the gym:
45 min running
60 min exercising in the gym
Food was ok. The thing is when I exercise a lot I get really hungry. I could really eat EVERYTHING
I had home made fresh soup made of carrots, peppers, Tofu, half a banana, strawberries, 4 pieces of chocolate, 1 spoon of cream, half a roasted chicken with Skin, coffee with rice milk
one tipp: take a 12 hour break between your meals ( dinner and breakfast), This helps the Body to clean
I decided to make today my day 1...

yesican you're so amazing! and Sam i'm the same, i tend to just eat...anything.
i will have to start trying to fast yesican but maybe later, at the moment i have so much to do that i stuff my face all the time
my DAY 5
i did 30 minutes yoga but no bike
manifested a blessing (2 of them!)
drank 8 hours of water
got some homeworks done lol
lost no weight, gained no weight
bad food eaten:
tiramisu
pasta
plan for DAY 6
go for 20-minutes walk
manifest another blessing (hey why not?!)
20 minutes bike
10 minutes yoga
forget about shedding kilos and hope that some magically disappear like in Dr Who
the fat just walks away! anyone seen it? baby aliens made of human fat are soooooo adorable

Dynamo, I had 2 red velvet cookies and 2 caramel bars yesterday and I just tell myself THEY AIN'T BAD, THEY WON'T MAKE ME FAT.
(Still not gonna eat rice, pasta, or bread tho hahahaha.)
My legs are soooore, I love it. If I stick to this week's workout calendar, I'll "reward" myself with yummy seafood pasta this weekend.
