About those suckers 👆🏼I was freaking out a year ago, until I became an Aber. Now I just completely let go and know that whatever choice I make is PERFECT! And yields to me the exact results I was after.. So far so good 😊
I listened to an Abraham recording where the hot seater was asking how dangerous chemicals and smoking etc are. Abe said something like on a scale of 1-100, with 100 being absolute danger, smoking was between 2-5. Blame and guilt? Yup.. about 95. I try to remember this, and apply it to my choices. If it feels awesome, it's perfect. If it feels off, regroup.

Food was good, went to the gym and exercised not so much but at least I went.

I am in in in..... I have exactly the same goals. & Kilos and getting really fit. My idea was to reach this Goal within 3 months but if it goes faster the better.... I used to exercise a lot. For 2 years now I stopped exercising or only went 2 times a week. Running only 1-2 a week. My nutrition is distorted aswell. I want to pick up my former habits which gave me so much stability:
lots of exercise, good and fresh Nutrition, positve thinking
I will write everyday how it went for me......

oh even if you're not thinking loa it's so true that a LOT of our illness etc is only our heads making us go bad. i know for me, i get very carsick/plane sick, vomiting really bad and things like this, but if i'm mentally in the right place before travel i can go the whole trip feeling just fine.
