No I've been drinking it for years, my teeth are LOVELY lol. 😁 And plus I don't buy into any of that concerning stuff.. So I dont seem to attract it.

I've been cleansing using the OCM (oil cleansing method)

Cherished Oil Cleanser:
The oils I usually add in are:
• 20 Drops Ylang Ylang Oil
• 12 Drops Lavender
• 8 Drops Bay Leaf Oil
• 6 Drop Rosemary Oil
Lately I've just been adding some Tahitian Spa oil!
Add the essential oils to:
45ml Sweet Almond Oil (health food shop- I use Melrose)
Stir well and then add 5ml organic Castor Oil (pharmacy)
Shake
To cleanse, you run a micro cloth under hot water and wring it dry. Place over your face and hold, relaxing. Repeat a few times, until you makeup has vanished! Then splash with cool water and pat dry.
Tone.. Cherished ACV Toner Recipe:
• Apple Cider Vinegar
• Clean glass or plastic spray bottle
• Green Tea
• Distilled water
To cut the vinegar smell, you can scent the toner with your choice of Essential Oils. Or not. I often choose Ylang Ylang and Lemon. Sometimes rose or lavender.
What you do:
• Fill bottle with 50ml of Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
• Heat 1 cup of distilled water and bring to boil, add 5 green tea bags and let it steep for 30 minutes or longer, then remove teabags. Once the green tea has cooled completely, pour 100ml into bottle with ACV
• Add Oils as desired
The only moisturizer I ever use now are rosehip and jojoba oils- a few drops in my hands and splashed with water.

SO instead I've found the perfect solution, my vortexy path of least resistance.. I made my own chocolates!!
1/4 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup coconut oil
Liquid sweeter/agave or honey to taste
Almonds
You simply melt the coconut oil (no prob in Oz 😜)
Stir in sweetness and cacao
Pour into mini muffin moulds
Drop an almond into each
Refrigerate
After an hour or when hard, use a knife to lever them out, place in plastic container and leave in fridge.
Coconut oil gas so many benefits, not to mention it keeps you feeling nice and full! So I eat one of my chocolates morning and night as my special treat, and the world is s beautiful place 💜👏🏼🌈

so i just tested this out :D it is PERFECT! though i ate the first mix all in one sitting so had to make more, then tasting it again i think i added too much syrup so.... ahahaha felt a little sick
i just left it in a cup to eat like a nutella, and that is perfect too, but i've found that i can pour it into ice cube trays! since i don't have the muffin moulds.
i've heard of the oil cleansing method but never tried it! are the oils usually expensive to buy? it sounds divine!
i used to use an acv toner too a little similar but not quite as nice, i'm going to try this one!
with ACV, how much do you drink in each shot? i'm not scientific in mixing it, i just pour in a splash of ACV then dilute it with water probably 1 part ACV and 4 parts water (?), but only a couple of sips is enough to make me feel... ahhh er energised! lol

I loooove pure argan oil and virgin coconut oil as moisturizer! People always compliment me on my skin and I tell them to ditch their commercial moisturizers AND GET OILY!
I use argan oil in the morning under my makeup and then VCO as a makeup remover at night.
You can also use VCO for your hair once a week. Just soak your hair in it, put it under a shower cap and let it sit for 2 hours, and then rinse!
And VCO as an overall body lotion, too! Some days, I dream about diving into a swimming pool filled with VCO and emerging a super hydrated baby princess lol.

i even love the taste of coconut oil (specially with rice malt syrup lol!) so i would probably end up drinking that swimming pool as well lol!!!! ohh i love your skincare regime, sounds fab. i've never tried argan oil on my skin, i've only had it as an ingredient in shampoos and frankly i think i need to get the pure stuff, because it's barely there in commercial shampoos...
i have naturally oily-ish hair, and i only tried coconut oil once in it, i did it the wrong way.... i put in shampoo then used it as conditioner and too much and just washed it out and my hair emerged REALLY OILY like it's never been before
i love just using virgin coconut oil on my face as moisturiser...feels so pure! and i even like it on my lips, so softening...
still working on drinking more water (and doing more yoga ), i keep forgetting though!

I actually think I drink TOO much water hahahaha I'm always the sweatiest person in yoga class. I always have a 1L bottle with me and I refill it at least 4x while at work. I just love water! Try adding lemon and cucumber slices, if you haven't.

Yes to pure argan oil! I used shampoos mixed with argan oil and it's really just a bunch of -cones haha so I prefer spending on the pure stuff.
I dont apply coconut oil on my hair on normal days cos it'll make it super greasy. I even wait til my hair is fully dry before lotioning up with VCO. I've heard jojoba oil is great for cleansing skin but I haven't tried it.

oh and i like pure water (i don't like flavoured water), i just always forget to drink it though i sweat a lot when i exercise, i still don't drink enough i will need to set like a reminder on my phone "drink some water!" loll

I am in in in..... I have exactly the same goals. & Kilos and getting really fit. My idea was to reach this Goal within 3 months but if it goes faster the better.... I used to exercise a lot. For 2 years now I stopped exercising or only went 2 times a week. Running only 1-2 a week. My nutrition is distorted aswell. I want to pick up my former habits which gave me so much stability:
lots of exercise, good and fresh Nutrition, positve thinking
