No, not exactly. If you know about different realities ( parallel world or multiverse thing) then you will know it just attracts those thing. Whatever you can think, it's all exists but you can't see it because you're not on that vibration. Everything is already exists but on some other frequency but you can experience only that one your SC believes. When you imagine certain thing, you make your SC believe in it and it tries to match this reality with your physical world. If it finds that physical reality is different than what it believes, it seeks for the reality on which it is vibrating and eventually it attracts all events and people to manifest your desire in physical world.
