Well, I am a little bit confused...
Some people say that I should visualise as much as possible, same with thinking that I am in a relationship with my love. Others recommend to forget about it, get very busy and don't even wait/expect for this miracle. Although the breakup was 6 months ago (which is quite a lot I think), I think about new relationship with him a lot, because I'm quite new to LOA. I am both excited and worried about the outcome. That makes me think I'm trying to manifest my love in a wrong way. But to the point - amount of thinking and visualisation. How much should I do of it? As much as I can, or maybe the opposite? I'm not desperate, and I accept the fact that 25 days may not be enough, but I don't want to wait a year or even more...

visualize for yourself so you feel better and get it in your vortex. after visualization forget about it simply or act as if you already have it!! that is basically how you detach from outcome!!! as far as time goes...it is up to you...you just have to trust!!!

Visualizing isn't going to bring him back alone. It's a tool to help get those feelings of being with him. Those feelings and emotions are brining him back. With that said, visualize however much you want, as long as you feel good about it and it doesn't feel like a chore. Remember, manifesting is fun.
You need to stop worrying about the outcome. Submit to the universe -- let it take control when brining him back. If you worry, you could be sending out to the universe that your lacking him, and that's what the universe will deliver .. Lacking.

I used to do scripting but it felt like a chore so I stopped, and now I don't feel like I've done something wrong I love to visualize so I will keep on doing that

i love to visualize, too! I read horoscopes and all and fit my sign (Pisces) to a T. So, I'm a natural day dreamer.
I've found that listening to alpha beats and binaural beats helps me to stay focused during visualizing. It gives me background noise and definitely calms me down. YouTube has a bunch of them. I'll listen to short ones, and then sometimes realize I want to stay in my mind a little longer, so I'll choose another one.

For me I like to draw pictures and do some mini scripting every once in awhile. When I draw my pictures I make it as real as possible and it helps me to visualize clearly especially adding color to it

The various techniques are supposed to help you raise your vibration and release resistance. I have a friend who is dating a guy she wanted to and she didn't use any techniques except believing that he was her boyfriend. Do whatever works for you and doesn't feel like a chore!
