I would love to hear all of you success stories ! You sound like you have a lot !

Haha. I do have a lot of success stories. I should write them all down so I can re-read them over and over and over again.

I don't want to derail the thread, but I'll give you something sinced you asked so nicely.
This is a site for attracting people, so I'll give you an recent example of this.

I recently crossed paths with a woman for the third time in a third random place. The first and second time were unintentional. After the second time seeing her I decided to visualize seeing her again, and so I just visualized a bit when that desire cropped up. Within maybe a week, I saw her at a random grocery store outside of town! We were heading in the same direction so she asked if I wanted to go with her shopping and then on her bus. I got her number and we've been taking.

What's cool is that I visualized in a spur-the-moment decision, pretty much forgot about it, and she walked right in front of me randomly out of nowhere less than a week later. I didn't visualize very long, and only did it once. Our minds are very potent, indeed, when they aren't cuttered  and are clear and in enjoyment of a fulfilled desire.

I like your curiosity, so I just might do that. I'm not promising anything yet but I like the idea of an ongoing personal success thread.

Look into mindfulness, NAPS, EFT, NLP or any type of subconscious rewiring!

Re: What to do with the bad memories?

With bad memories, I laugh at myself because I realise I created them all by myself! And then I literally stop the memory from forming a picture in my mind. Like a ninja. Seriously. And then I focus powerfully on the NOW, with all of my senses. What can I feel, see, smell, taste.. And I reach for silence in my mind. It takes practice, but it works wonders.

Also, remember that when you reach a different frequency, your past literally ceases to exist. So if you used to be needy and now you are confident.. It's not that you're still needy but more confident. It's that NOW you are in a different reality where you ARE CONFIDENT. So therefore the confident you is a different person altogether! You don't HAVE a needy past! So why sit and try to conjure up old images of neediness?!

If you imagine it in your mind..
Believe it in your heart..
Feel it in your soul..
You will hold it in your hand 💞
