I need my ex back
My.name is mayank sharma,i am a 22 years old and i am from india.i will be really really frank and open with you while I m telling you everything.i have had girlfriends..but everytime it was a casual relation..never a serious one.last year I met a girl who was 3years younger to me..but she changed me entirely.she brought the feeling of love inside me.she taught me to care and share..and that made me love her more..we were in relationship for abt 11 months and there was nothing problomatic between us..we never had detailed arguments but she used to shy away sometimes when we were to make love..but over insisting used to agree.as I left college and started to work.
I used to give her as much time I could but certainly there was some drop in our converssation but I always took care of the thing that I just never go far from her..i used to fear that she might just not leave me..as I m no longer meeting her daily..that made me love her even more..i used to get her things she couldnt afford and even when she didnt ask.
As she was from a middle cllass family.i thought it was my duty towards her and I wanted to marry her..and make her the happiest women ever by giving her the love she wants.
Just 2 months ago she told me.
She no longer loves me as she used to.she was trying to tell
me or love from very long time but now she cannot force
herself to love me.at that moment I was badly shaken..i
started using anti depressents and used to be very low..i told
her lets be friends and I will wait for her..but always ending over requesting and crying.and.begging her to come back and asking her to meet me..eventually few days back she blocked my calls and my texts leaving no contact between her and me because she says this way I was making myself weak and her guilty..now a week ago I have started to read the secret by rhonda byrne and law of attraction.i want to ask you how can I bring her back into my life.
And marry this girl.she is ideal to me and I wisg no better than her..i love her vrry much..but how is she going to love me..i ask for her..as my strongest wish in the entire day and keep thinking of hrr..now just thinking would help me or what I m supposed to do..please help me.
I ll be really greatful to u..pls guide me..

Hello and welcome :-),
I would start with reading the stories and posts on this forum, it is very helpful.
Nothing is set in stone and everything can change if we believe.
I know people from India and they are great manifesters as they really believe, which is the basic tool what you need to manifest anything you want.
Stop all the contacts with her and let her lead the conversation, be prepared she may not be in touch for some time but she will eventually. Be strong.
Start to feel and imagine what would it feel like if she was with you and was in love with you, imagine holding her hand, telling her you love her, looking into her eyes, her replying back to you that she loves you and is so happy to have you in her life,...
if you want to marry her go to the future, and see how your marriage will be, how will you feel, act, feel....
most important is to stay in that feeling, it may not be easy at the beginning but will get easier over time.
try to ignore the current reality, that is quite challenging and we all struggle with that a bit but by ignoring it you slowly delete it, by focusing on it you make it stronger and keep seeing what you dont want as it comes back and cant leave unless you start to ignoring it.

I am really on high flying vibes for the last 2 days. I know the feeling of really wanting them back but just 2 weeks ago i was feeling very down struggling to get the positive feelings. I didnt text him for about 6 days, applied the technique of visualization from Veronica and the book by Lanie Stevens. He then texted me and was really wondering why i never texted him, needed to know what i was doing, etc. I m still working on it but i feel very positive. Keep positive try to visualize, that really helps get into it with feelings, act as if as much as you can through out the day that you have her back that she is with you. Do not do this if it hurts you now, you have to think of things that feel good and work up to that then. My guys said before many times he does not feel the same, this will never work, etc. Although we have a physical relationship now..(complicated but working on it)..we still have the emotional bond he told me he loves me many times, that he wants to try this, that i m easy to love, he has been very romantic. Stay strong.

I discovered Veronica's videos and they gave me so much hope. But I am unable to visualize our reconciliation because it's hurting me. everytime I think of him I get sad. His last message said he was in a happy relationship and that I am part of his past. I get so sad when I think that after 3 months he already found someone else and he is in love...

I discovered Veronica's videos and they gave me so much hope. But I am unable to visualize our reconciliation because it's hurting me. everytime I think of him I get sad. His last message said he was in a happy relationship and that I am part of his past. I get so sad when I think that after 3 months he already found someone else and he is in love...
I struggle with this too with my guy, finding your brain constantly drawn back to those words of negativity. It's something I've gradually been working through. Just always keep in mind: didn't he once say words of kindness? Words that filled you up? And then they eventually changed into those unfavorable words, right?
If they changed from good to bad, why can't they change in the other direction?
They can--it just all depends on you.
Every time those words come up just take a deep breath and remember that they're just memories/ just thoughts. Nothing more. They don't have to affect you if you don't really want them to.
