So I took a little break from the forums recently as the negetivty had a suffocating affect on my vibrations.

So its all about energy really people.
Positive and negative.

Here's some tips that I find extremely helpful when you feel down or perhaps just numb!!

What you desire already exists. Think about that for a moment. Does it sound silly?? Or does it just stop you in your tracks and make your heart warm?

Well if your serious about your desires which I bet 95% of you are, then try this method out. When you perform your visualisations or rs or sending heart/earth energy go to this reality where you have your desires. It becomes so easy and amazing, you will actually begin to love this journey.

Remember there are infinite realities and all your doing is selecting the one you want and then tuning into it. It WILL become your physical reality only when you are ready to receive.

Fill your free time reading up on LOA books and putting the puzzle together yourself. You must do this yourself. It's the only work you have to do because when you fully understand LOA you would be at great ease straight away.


All the tantrums in the world won't bring about anything only lack.

Being unclear or immature about your desires is a total waste of time.

Anyone seeking an ex back into their life is actually blessed as you never forget that connection you shared in the phyiscal reality before. It should be so easy to go there again when you visualize or rs that person. Just know they are on their way back to you right now.... If that's what you truely want.

Just have faith and trust!!!

In the meantime you get to become the best version of yourself. How fantastic is that!!!
