Next YouTube Video
I'm going to make the next one on the stories we tell ourselves in our head, and how they affect what we are trying to manifest.
I'm also going to talk louder in the microphone and make the music a bit lower. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears!
Going to try to make a ton of these on all different topics! I think 5 minutes is perfect.
Keep the suggestions coming, I'd love to make these the best ever and help a lot of people.

Maybe a video on what kinds of things we should visualise about. I always get stuck and cant keep my focus on just one scenario. Also the correct way to visualise. Should you see yourself when visualising or should you visualise only the other person talking to you. If that makes sense?

YES! I have the same problem. I remian focused then boom my mind wanders to some other thing and im like, oh wait I just went off course or i end up falling asleep. I am told sleeping is fine it means youre relaxed but how can sleep help you really visualize if you dont know if you dreamed about your love of not. you dont always remember your dreams
