Merry Christmas Eve lovelies!! :- )
I went to see 'Krampus' tonight with a good friend of mine and it was really funny/mildly scary, but most importantly, it had a really nice and positive message. The moral of the story, at least what I took away from it, is that we should make the most of troublesome situations and also appreciate what we have even if what we have isn't what we want it to be in that moment. Also, hope was a very key part of the movie and how important it is not to lose it and that when you lose hope, you lose one of the beauties of life; similarly, Christmas is about giving and giving back and joy and uplifting spirits. The reason I wanted to share this little bit with you guys was that after the movie, I had this immense appreciation for the movie and gratitude and life!! It showed me how important it is to believe in good, and even when things aren't going as well as you had hoped they would, you still are very blessed and fortunate to have the things you have and that you can always be grateful for those things and turn them into a blessing or something to learn and grow from.Β
Since many of us are hoping to reunite/have a wonderful relationship with someone (particularly an ex), I just wanted to say that even though it may have ended badly in the past, use it as a good thing. Be grateful for how everything happened but don't tie yourself to it. Everything that happened has brought you here today. Had it not happened, you might not have found this forum or gotten into LOA. Think about how much better your life is now. Even when you're staring into what seems like the pits of hell, I promise you things will get better and will look up. As others have pointed out, by viewing everything as a positive and something moving you closer to your dreams and aspirations and desires, life begins to brighten up each and every day. Appreciation is the key, my wonderful friends! We have so much to appreciate, even the breakups or the arguments or the lack of contact - be grateful for them for helping you become happier and self-loving and aware of how wonderful life can be and how powerful you are.Β
Gratitude has really helped me put perspective into things and realize that even the not-so-great (a.k.a. balls to the walls shitty) things that happened this year were actual blessings in disguise, teaching me to value myself, take care of myself and look out for myself. I am thankful for them because I know now better and have learned so much and am lucky to be here with you all today :o)
We are all such beautiful and wonderful people whose dreams and desires are manifesting so quickly and wonderfully. So be grateful and always have hope that everything is working out, because it is. And then, in hope, move on to faith. Let faith move mountains and show you how anything is possible - because it is!Β
I wish you all the happiest and healthiest of holidays and I'm truly grateful and thankful to be a part of this wonderful and beautiful forum :-)Β
Much love <3

Thank you for reminding us why we should be so grateful. You also made me giggle when you said "balls to the wall shitty." Haha

Thank you for sharing g that Nsquared. Love life and all the bits of it. I am looking forward to the day we can all look back and laugh at the days we were worrying about our loves. Life is about the journey not just the destination. Enjoy the journey, live life to the fullest, laugh really hard, and love very deeply.
I love you all...
