Hey guy's, I'm so sorry I didn't see this post earlier, for I would have loved to spread some love and warmth. I hope it's not too late. It seems like around this time of year everyone seems to be having anxiety attacks and feeling extra lonely. Luckily there are a few things that can help to turn that soggy feeling around. Being alone can be a good thing, we have to learn to appreciate our solitude. I like to think of this opportunity as a moment to myself where I can plan my future, work on me, do the things I enjoy doing and pampering myself. Because before you know it, we will be living with out loved ones and maybe reminiscing on the days we had our own space.
I am sure people who have kids can relate. Yes we all love our children, but don't you just miss the days when you could sleep in late, or have sure one peace and quiet in the house to yourself. Ugh..
I always think, I need to make sure I have fun activities and hobbies so I can ensure I'm a fun person to be around. I know we are all amazing people but would you date you? Find this time to work on all those qualities so you would be the ideal person for yourself. Let's stop the pity party and dive into a little self work indulgence.
