I need something to raise my vibration and keep it high forever not just have a high vibration for a week and the it gets lowered .. And I notice when I'm on my menstral cycle I get more sad and my vibration is very low and negativity seems to effect me and come to me more

I think if you're Β aiming for long term feeling good, then meditation is excellent, even if you can just manage 15 mins a day. My problem is that I don't listen to my own advice. I have not been meditating much lately, but when I do regularly I feel Β great most of the time, so aware of my thoughts that I can control the negativity better and I just feel on a natural high.

I know what you mean. I used to be like that meditating, it used to feel like a chore, but I have been doing it on and off for that many years now that I find it easy. I don't just do it sat/lying down. I can do it when I'm walking or even doing the housework. If I ever feel really down in the dumps at home, I'll stick a comedy DVD or watch something really funny on YouTube, temporary I know, but works a treat

I liked to watch subliminal videos with positive affirmations on YouTube when I sleep. It makes me feel good. Look into it on YouTube.
