oh yay sounds super!! i should purge my place of everything unhealthy too but i'm not sure i'm so brave lolll i like my cake! (and croissants and coffee and choccies!)
i've actually never used weights before, maybe i should start.... glad you'll be careful, i know someone who ruptured a tendon doing weights (but....probably insane ones lol!)

for anyone who hasn't been following the thread as its moving quick, this is the suggested plan for the challenge:
-- share our goals (as some already have)
-- record our progress
-- keep each other accountable
-- share happy vibes and triumphs
-- post pics of progress if you're comfortable
everything is optional but i think doing some or all of these things will help!

Ok so first things first!! My favourite thing in the entire universe I think.. is CHOCOLATE!
Which is tricky when you're dieting down lol. Almond Chocolate is the bomb!
SO instead I've found the perfect solution, my vortexy path of least resistance.. I made my own chocolates!!
1/4 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup coconut oil
Liquid sweeter/agave or honey to taste
Almonds
You simply melt the coconut oil (no prob in Oz 😜)
Stir in sweetness and cacao
Pour into mini muffin moulds
Drop an almond into each
Refrigerate
After an hour or when hard, use a knife to lever them out, place in plastic container and leave in fridge.
Coconut oil gas so many benefits, not to mention it keeps you feeling nice and full! So I eat one of my chocolates morning and night as my special treat, and the world is s beautiful place 💜👏🏼🌈

OH MY GOD thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!! this is perfect! i'm the same, i can't live without chocolate but it's not good for slimiming lol.

so my DAY 2 looked like this:
20 minutes exercise bike
5 minutes yoga (at least something)
no special walk ><
i.e. I pretty much sat on my butt all day sigh.
but i'm down another 0.4kg so something is probably working (as long as i'm not going up, i'm fine!)

If you sit on your butt with the intention of gaining muscle, melting excess fat and becoming more fabulous, you still will! It's what you vibrate that affects your reality, remember that. If you vibrate at slim and wonderful, you will become that! 😊

So I've been making my own natural facial cleanser, toner, and using oils and massage and such- and my skin looks GREAT! I used to spend a fortune on cosmetics and high-end moisturisers until I copped onto the fact that WAIT A MINUTE.. WE CREATE OUR OWN REALITY.. So in my new reality, really cheap and lovely natural products are making my skin positively GLOW! Yesterday I also made up a new recipe for a paleo breakfast mix, and the lady at the health store came really close to me.. I was a lil freaked out, and then she said "OMG I'm sorry to come so close but I just wanted to get a closer look at your FACE! Your skin is astonishing!" 👏🏼😸
The only things I've been doing different are
Drinking a CRAPLOAD of water
Drinking ACV shots twice a day (anyone say ENERGY?!?!?!)
Yoga
My new cleanser, toner, oils and massage!!
And of course I've been vibing that I'm ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE 🙋
