I know by thinking of the other girl I give more power to her. So, I want to know what to do when I catch myself thinking about her.

What a lovely post. I can actually picture the moment.

Today was such a wonderful day as it started off nice and breezy, as it is winter. I went to go spend time with my boyfriend since it is my day off from work. He notified me to bring my red heels to use later that day. He opened the doorway to his room and notified me that he will be right back. As I stepped into his bedroom, I saw something lying on his bed. Curious, I walked over to his bed and there lay one of the white dresses that I kept at his place, a single white rose and a card that said, "For Day." I opened the card and it read, "Put on your dress because we are going out to eat later with my family. It's a special occasion." I get dressed and later we are at the dinner talking and things. Then he said, "Everyone I have an announcement." His sister pulls out her phone as he is on one knee presenting before me a pink mother of pearl ring with a white gold band. Then he asked, "Dayanara, will you make me the happiest man alive?" I started tearing and nodding as I said yes. He placed the ring on my finger and we hugged and kissed. Then he showed everyone the ring on my finger. The Universe has answered me.
