Last night I watched Veronica's video on manifesting a marriage proposal and started visualising my ex proposing to me and then visualized our wedding and first dance, today I got suggested to like a page on facebook that was an Indian page on weddings, my ex is currently in India with a girl who is his 'girlfriend' (I don't like to say to much about her because I don't want to give her any importance) but I wasn't looking up anything about India or weddings on the internet so it was pretty random and I thought a really good sign!

But then the negative sign was seeing a happy picture of them on facebook in India too, which seemed negative :s

I've just started the 25 day challenge but it's hard feeling so positive and sure just to get reminded of the annoying reality and then I have to go into the mindset that it's only temporary but it's hard... and I think I paid too much emotional attention to the negative today :/ any advice on how to stay in your perfect imagination reality? And does paying too much bad emotional attention by accident to seeing something stupid like a picture really delay the process?
