Like with everything it takes practice I still am doing it lol. I recommend self help books. One being the love yourself like your life depends on it. Do the practices and make sure when you do them you focus on you. This helps you be more aware of your self talk because then you start thinking what makes me happy

Thank you. From where it stands right now when I'm down I feel anxious not knowing whether she'll come back or not. How do I convince myself she's on her way?

ps4, work, eat, sleep? That's kind of the routine I've got going on. I can't exactly do a lot right now with all the stuff I've got on the table, haha. I'd kill to have her back in my life... (not literally 'kill'... you know what I mean ha)

I texted her that I miss her and I hope she's doing well. So I'm sure it came across as needy. I just want to know she's coming back. I want to be sure of it. Ok this is why you are getting this. You are being needy and when Rose for the Soul told you that she was basically reading off your vibe if she is like a psychic which propels vibes can change. And we all have days feeling great but it doesn't always happen like that day it takes time sometimes especially if you have been down for awhile. You need to be happy and content with YOU without expecting anything from her . Trust me that works but you don't do it for that you do it to feel good . I feel like you do thinks with the expectation that it will bring her back faster that's not how it works. Forgive yourself for sending the message to her and don't dwell on it and now I want you to read "love yourself like your life depends on it " or any book like that and really follow it. I swear to you you will feel better that it won't matter to you what she does . And that is when things start happening but don't do this because of that that is why I'm hesitant to tell you it works because you may go in for the wrong reasons
