Nothing is working for me he still doesn't want me so I give up... bye everyone and thank you to those who helped me

3 months of pw and 5 months of using loa to get my poi back and nothing has happened. I messaged him about my stuffy that he had that was like a "son" in our relationship and he was cold about it and said he'd send it back(we were ldr).He still doesn't want to talk to me and he acts like he doesn't want anything to do with me. Where am I going wrong? why has it been so long but he still is the same .. should I just give up since it isn't manifesting ? I read somewhere that when someone is happy in a relationship that loa doesn't work so maybe thats why its not working? because hes happy with her?

its been months since the break up and nothing has happened. Everyone else has gotten at least a text. I'm pretty sure this doesn't work 100% of the time and it comes down to luck and if hes moved on or not. idk what I've done wrong.. oh well I guess I'll settle for the "someone better" since that's all I'm gonna get
